I added flour, yeast, salt, sugar, vanilla sugar in a large bowl. Then I added butter, 2 eggs, 2 tablespoons milk and kneaded well.

Then I added cold.

I peeled the apples, put them on the grater.

In a pan I put the apples to harden with 150 gr. sugar. Then I added cinnamon over them.

I took them off the fire.

In a 24/24 cm shape, spread half of the dough, then spread the hardened apples over the dough. And on top, spread the other half of the dough.

I made it in a round shape, as I only receive the ordered one on Tuesday.

I put it in the preheated oven, I let it bake at 200 °, about 35 minutes.

Supervise baking, each oven bakes differently.

When ready, leave to cool a little, then powder on top with powdered sugar.
