Papanas preparation recipe
Mix the cheese with the sugars, gradually add the eggs, raisins and flour. Mix well and if it is very sticky, add a little flour. If the cheese is not too well drained of whey, put only one egg.
With a spoon, take the dough and place it on a plate in which you put flour. Roll it in flour and form a small meatball. Set aside on a floured surface. Finish the dough this way.
