In a bowl put eggs, salt powder and sugar, beat until the sugar dissolves. After the sugar has dissolved, add the two tablespoons of sour cream, vanilla, flour, and mix well so that it does not remain lumpy, a pancake composition will result.

Prepare the baking tray: grease it with butter, place the diced plums, sprinkle with cinnamon powder and pour the composition over the fruit.

Put the tray in the preheated oven at a temperature of 175-180 degrees C, for 35-40 minutes. We do the toothpick test to make sure it is baked enough. Remove the tray from the oven and let it cool. Portion better when cold.

Serve plain or topped with powdered sugar.
