Fry the hazelnuts and sesame seeds in an oil-free pan for a few minutes. Remove to a small bowl.
Sprinkle salt, pepper and spice mix over the steak and fry in a hot pan with sesame oil for a few minutes, turning frequently.
Using a food processor, mix and chop the chili, ginger, onion and half the amount of coriander (parsley).
Boil the noodles according to the instructions on the package, in salted water.
In a frying pan, sauté the previously obtained mix, add the garlic clove, mashed, then the shrimp. Stir, add the Hoisin sauce, soy sauce, 1 lime juice and the remaining coriander / parsley.
Drain the noodles and add to the pan with the shrimp, adding a little hot water to obtain a creamy consistency.
Slice the steak into 1 cm thick strips.
Divide the noodles in bowls, place the lettuce leaves on the edges, shrimp and steak pieces on top and sprinkle watercress, hazelnuts and sesame seeds on top.
