Recipe Baskets of oat flakes of 02-04-2016 [Updated on 04-05-2018]

The baskets of oat flakes are a light but tasty and delicious idea for a light dessert to be served at the end of a meal or a healthy snack for your children. Still on the subject of health, I used a banana as a binder and filled them with Greek yogurt and fruit, but you can vary according to what you like or what you have at home at the moment. A somewhat particular recipe, in short, seen here and immediately reproduced and that will allow you to take away the desire for dessert without feeling guilty. I am a bit pissed off today, after Easter I took a week off and returned to Naples yesterday and, despite being dazed by the flight hours and the time zone change, I feel regenerated. These days have been very precious, I dedicated myself completely to myself, to Ivano and Elisa, spending the days in a slow, joyful, and carefree way, it was just what I needed! Although the wi fi gave me a bit of a hard time, with the support of the girls in the office, I was able to publish new recipes every day and to reply to messages, vacation yes, but I won't give up;) Next week I will resume in full swing, but for the moment I still enjoy the weekend with my loves. we'll read tomorrow with another recipe, kisses to those who pass by: *

How to make oatmeal baskets

Mash a banana until you get a puree.

Put the oat flakes, honey, cinnamon, salt and mashed banana in a bowl.

Mix everything well by mixing all the ingredients.

Divide the mixture into 6/8 lightly greased non-stick muffin molds.

Mash the mixture well to distribute it on the bottom and on the edges of the molds thus forming the baskets.

Bake in a preheated convection oven at 160 ° C for about 20 minutes.
Let it cool completely then remove the baskets from the cups.

Garnish with yogurt and fresh fruit cut into pieces and serve.

I recommend filling the baskets of oats at the last moment otherwise you risk that the cereals become too soft;)
