How to make oatmeal baskets
Mash a banana until you get a puree.
Put the oat flakes, honey, cinnamon, salt and mashed banana in a bowl.

Organic oat flakes - 120 g
Ripe banana - 1
Agave juice - 1 teaspoon (optional)

Natural soy yogurt - 150 ml
Fresh fruit to taste
Mash 1 ripe banana with a fork until pureed.
In a bowl, add the banana to the 120g of oat flakes, and then a teaspoon of agave juice, a teaspoon of cinnamon and a pinch of salt. Mix everything well by mixing the ingredients.
Divide the mixture into 6 muffin molds, previously greased or lined with parchment paper. Mash the mixture with the help of a spoon, to distribute it evenly on the bottom and on the edges of the molds forming the baskets.
Let the baskets rest in the fridge for 10 minutes and then bake in oven preheated to 160 ° for about 15/20 minutes.
After letting them cool, remove the baskets from the mold and fill them with soy yogurt. If you prefer, you can also use a vegetable yogurt with fruit.

The basket made with oat flakes, banana and honey is not only very healthy but also gives a crunchy note to the whole dessert. A simple filling with Greek yogurt, fat-free and rich in proteins, a decoration with fresh fruit that in addition to making the baskets visually beautiful also give taste! I chose the Nergi baby kiwifruit, an Asian fruit that can be found from the end of August to the end of October.
The characteristic of these baby kiwis, very sweet and juicy, is that they can also eat the peel, unlike the classic kiwis. Their size is perfect for this dessert and therefore it will be even easier and faster to decorate the dessert! Try them too!
130 g ripe banana (about 1 banana)
150 g rolled oats
50 g honey
200 g neutral Greek yogurt
8-10 baby Nergi kiwifruit
- In a bowl, mash the banana with a fork until it is reduced to pulp.
- Add the oat flakes and honey and mix until smooth.
- Grease the tartlet molds with seed oil, put a large spoonful of dough in each hole and press it with your hands, giving the shape of the basket. Bake in a static oven at 170 ° for about 25 minutes. - Mix the Greek yogurt with a teaspoon to make it creamy and with the help of a pastry bag distribute it inside the oat baskets. Wash the baby Nergi kiwis, cut them in half, into wedges and slices and decorate the baskets by placing them on the yogurt.
