In a large bowl mix the dry ingredients, in another wet ingredients. Mixing with the target mixes well the two compositions.

In a yena bowl (16 cm diameter) well greased with butter, put the strawberries in an even layer, then pour over the top composition.

  • I used frozen strawberries, but they can also be used fresh

  • you can replace the strawberries with any other fruit you have and you like: blueberries, raspberries, apricots, peaches…

  • in the classic recipe the fruits are placed on top of the composition for the countertop, I reversed so that when I turn the cake over from the bowl it will have a pleasant appearance

Cover the pan with baking paper so that the steam formed during cooking does not leak inside. In the Crock-Pot Express Multicooker bowl with pressure cooking, put 1 cup of water and place the grill from the appliance. Place the bowl with the strawberry cobbler composition. Close the lid and turn it to the CLOSED position. We also close the pressure valve. Set the DESERT program, the HIGH pressure and the cooking time to 30 minutes and then press the START / STOP key.

After the cooking time has elapsed, an audible signal will sound and the appliance automatically enters KEEP mode.

WARM. We open the steam valve with a spatula. Watch out for steam coming out! We open the lid

and carefully remove the vessel from the inside.

Let cool, then we can quietly enjoy a portion (I could even say two) of strawberry cobbler. Put a portion of ice cream together, I promise you won't be sorry!

Good appetite!
