The thighs are cleaned, washed and wiped with absorbent paper. Mix all the ingredients for the marinade and grease the thighs. Put in a tray on baking paper. Cover the tray with aluminum foil, put the tray in the oven for an hour, then remove the foil and let it catch a light crust. Serve with your favorite garnish. In our case it was mashed potatoes with onions, sautéed mushrooms and beetroot salad.
