  • mushroom stalks 500 g,
  • 3 tablespoons white flour,
  • milk 500 ml.,
  • iodized salt,
  • freshly ground pepper,
  • nutmeg powder.

Preparation time: less than 60 minutes

RECIPE PREPARATION Mushroom ciulama:

The mushroom stalks are cleaned, cut into rounds and boiled in water with a little salt, approx. 20 minutes on a suitable heat, uncovered. Meanwhile, dissolve the flour in cold milk, add it over the mushrooms and let it boil over low heat, stirring / continuously, so as not to make lumps, until the sauce thickens. Add a little cold water if the sauce is thicker. Season to taste with salt, pepper and nutmeg. Serve with hot polenta.
